Kenny Layton - Owner
Kenny built his first house in his childhood backyard from stolen “acquired” pallets from a neighboring job site. Since then, he’s owned & managed rental properties, sold real estate (Realtor since 2011), renovated 100+ yr. old homes, built custom homes, as well as homes for sale. He loves sharing his knowledge, solving problems, and seeing a vision come to fruition.
Jonathan Lessing - Construction Manager
Jonathan is a creator of all things and doer of the impossible. He keeps the wheels on, the engine running, and demonstrates a serious dose of patience while herding butterflies coordinating with our trade professionals. In his spare time, you might find him building tall bikes, converting an ambulance into a home, restoring a 1992 Ram, or big wall climbing on El Cap.
