Poncha Meadows at Block 7 was a joint venture with CO Built LLC. Starting with 18 shovel-ready lots in 2021, we delivered 18 single-family homes within 24 months. All homes were targeted below the area median price point and delivered from the high 400’s to mid 500’s.
